Is your lead list telling you the truth?
Most owners already keep something — a notebook, a phone list, a spreadsheet. This tool reads a CSV and reports, in plain English, what's missing: leads with no source, quotes with no follow-up date, dates that aren't dates. The fix is usually a habit, not new software.
What it checks
- Columns: are the fields the reports need present at all?
- Gaps: rows missing a source, a contact, a status, or a next action.
- Dates: entries that won't sort or schedule because they aren't real dates.
- Follow-up discipline: open quotes with no follow-up date — the most expensive gap a service business has.
