Quality Threshold

Target: 1,400 words minimum per wiki entry (excluding frontmatter, stub pages, index files, and log files).

This threshold ensures each page provides substantive, reusable knowledge rather than thin notes or placeholder content.

Remediation Strategy

Priority Tiers

1. Critical (under 50 words): Expand or merge. These provide negligible standalone value.
2. Low value (50–500 words): Expand with research, merge into related pages, or convert to stubs with clear TODO markers.
3. Developing (500–1,400 words): Target for next expansion cycle. These have a foundation but need depth.
4. Compliant (1,400+ words): Maintain and update as needed.

Execution Approach

• Use concurrent work to dispatch expansion tasks across the agent fleet
• Prioritize high-traffic categories first (AI tools, models, concepts)
• Each expansion should add substantive content, not padding
• Cross-references and source citations are required for all expanded pages

Ongoing Maintenance

• Monthly audit: Re-run the word count audit to track progress
• Session ingest: New pages created through session ingest should meet the 1,400-word target
• Wiki buildout: Bulk creation sprints should enforce the quality threshold
• Stale content: Pages not updated in 90+ days should be reviewed for accuracy

Notes

• The 1,400-word threshold was established as a practical minimum for substantive wiki entries
• Redirect pages, index files, and intentional stubs are excluded from the threshold
• Quality matters more than word count — padding to meet the threshold is counterproductive
